Destinations Covered: Delhi - Kathgodam - Binsar - Dhaulchina - Saukiatal - Vridh Jageshwar - Hariatop - Jageshwar - Dandeshwar - Jhakursem - Dhauladevi - Kathgodam - Delhi

Day 01: Delhi - Kathgodam
As soon as you arrive at Delhi Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and he will accompany you to Kathgodam (Uttarakhand), a good base town to collect the necessary items required during the trip. You can travel to Kathgodam either by road or train. Upon arrival at Kathgodam, you will check in at the hotel and rest.

Day 02: Kathgodam - Binsar
Early in the morning you will proceed to Binsar from Kathgodam. It will take you around 4-6 hours to reach the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary. Once you arrive at Binsar, you will make a check in at the forest rest house. After having lunch at the rest house you will go for bird watching in the evening on foot. There you will get an opportunity to see the amazing Khaleej Pheasant, which often leaves its forest patch and emerges into the open to forage at the edges. At night you will return to the rest house for night stay.

Day 03: Binsar - Dhaulchina
On the third day of your tour, you will travel to Dhaulchina- it will be your second camp of the travel. After walking for almost three hours, you will reach the village of Dalar, which has gaily-colored houses. There are several habitations inside Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary and Dalar is one of them. Here you will witness the real picture of countryside such as locals grazing their sheep and woman carrying dead wood. Continue your trek and pass through the coniferous forests that gradually transform into old woods of oak and rhododendron. Night will be spent in the camp amidst the pine forests of Dhaulchina.

Day 04: Dhaulchina - Saukiatal - Vridh Jageshwar
On the forth day of your trekking tour, you will head for Vridh Jageshwar. Here you will witness the past several Kumauni habitations and get the fleeting glimpses of their mountain life. On this trek you will cross a dense temperate forest with a thick tree canopy; as the place is regarded an abode of Shiva prior to Jageshwar. Therefore you will camp overnight closer to the Shiva temple- the temple is located opposite to the grandiose backdrop of the peaks of Kumaon, Garhwal and Western Nepal.

Day 05: Vridh Jageshwar - Hariatop - Vridh Jageshwar
On the fifth day you will make a day excursion to Hariatop and trek along a protrusion of plentiful oat grass and some massive rhododendron. Hariatop is situated at 2200 meters and offers an expansive view of the Himalayas which includes the ranges of Western Nepal. After your return from Hariatop, you can also walk below the campsite to a nullah, the main source of water. Spend the night at the camp.

Day 06: Vridh Jageshwar - Jageshwar - Dandeshwar
You will leave for Jageshwar in the morning of the 6th day of your trekking tour. You will trek through dense forests along a beautiful narrow valley and cross a few mountain streams to the thousand year old temple township of Jageshwar. Upon your arrival at Jageshwar, you will feel the sudden drop in temperature and it can get quite cold under the shade of the lofty Cedars trees. Jageshwar is said to be one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in the country and has been an important centre of Shaivism for centuries. After paying homage you will continue to trek to Dandeshwar. On your way to Dandeshwar, you will trek on a tar road which runs along the Jata Ganga. You will spend the night at the camp in the cedar forests by the picturesque Dandeshwar temple.

Day 07: Dandeshwar - Jhakursem - Dhauladevi
You will go on a long hike from Dandeshwar to Dhauladevi through dense forests into a large valley with some deserted houses. Later you will move downwards through large terraced fields along a meandering stream. It will take you around eight long hours to reach Jhakursem and by the evening or at the time of the sunset you will reach Dhauladevi Rest House. The term Dhauladevi has been derived from the local deity Dhaula Devi (Goddess of the Mountains). The night will be spent at the Rest house.

Day 08: Dhauladevi - Kathgodam
In the morning you will be driven to Kathgodam. On your way, you can visit the rock shelters at Lakhu Udiyar, near Jageshwar. It throws light into the lifestyle of the prehistoric men. As soon as you reach Kathgodam you will be transferred to the Railway Station to board a train to Delhi.

Day 09: Delhi Departure
Upon your arrival at the Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our executive, who will accompany you to the hotel for check in. At the hotel you will freshen up and get ready for the sight seeing or spend the time at leisure. According to the flight timings you will be transferred to the International Airport to board the flight for onward destination.
